- The pupil is issued with an Ecash tuckshop debit card
- Parent provide funds for the pupil's use by simply making an EFT Payment, or by paying at the school
- Pupils are then able to purchase items from the tuckshop by using their Ecash Card
- Speedy sales are made by scanning the items with a barcode reader
- Manage stock - Keeps accurate records of stock received and sales
